A Quiet Day

Today Ethan has his first vacation day from school. It is so nice to have "nothing" to do. No frantic run for dressing, shower, breakfast, school, just sitting around doing nothing but reading, email and laundry (which never counts in my book since I am always doing laundry.) Sometimes you need those days, especially when the next several are scheduled to the brink with activity. So today I am thankful to the Lord for the quiet, and for the rest. He always knows just what we need, and I am so happy to know Him!
