*the other day, Ethan was asking me questions about what he was like as a baby-what he enjoyed, what he ate, etc. I can't remember the specifics, but I answered one of the questions, and gave a historical illustration using the phrase 'a long time ago', and he replied, "Mom, I wasn't alive a long time ago. You know, back when everything was black and white."
It took me a minute to catch on to what he was saying and after asking for clarification-YEP, you betcha-he was talking about Way Back When the TV was broadcast in black and white....he even clarified, "You know, like the Little Rascals." Thanks so much Mrs. Lackrone for exposing my son to the Little Rascals & all their glory :)
